Keystone Heights sits on some of the sandiest soil in Clay County. Without a stabilized base layer, limerock and shell migrate down into the sand over time. We compact a proper base before resurfacing so the material stays where it belongs.
Many lake community properties share a single access road that isn't maintained by the county. Traffic from multiple households compounds wear quickly. JGH assesses the full road, provides one estimate for the whole job, and schedules around all owners.
