Long rural driveways lose their crown after a few Florida rainy seasons, and water starts cutting channels instead of shedding to the sides. We regrade, rebuild the limerock base where it's thin, and set culverts so the water goes where it should.
Building on pasture means stripping organic topsoil first — a pad built on it will settle. We strip to solid ground, bring in clean fill, compact it in lifts, and grade to the elevation your builder needs.
Mature pine and hardwood tracts around Lake Butler often have understory so choked you can't walk them. We open the woods up — clearing brush and undergrowth while leaving the standing timber — so the land is usable again.
