JGH Enterprises serves Ocala and Marion County with farm driveway repair, pasture clearing, excavation, and septic installation. Horse country and agricultural properties — we understand the work.
Marion County is Florida's horse capital. JGH brings the heavy equipment needed to maintain farm driveways, clear pastures, correct drainage, and build on rural property throughout the Ocala area.
Limerock and shell driveway repair and resurfacing for Ocala-area farms and equestrian properties. Built to handle heavy horse trailer and farm equipment traffic.
Scrub oak, palmetto, brush, and timber cleared to open up grazing land, improve paddocks, and prepare Marion County acreage for agricultural use.
Pond excavation, retention ponds, retention areas, foundation digs, and utility trenching for Ocala-area properties. Graded to spec.
Building pads, lot grading, and complete septic installs for Marion County residential and agricultural property development.
Ocala's mix of sandy clay and limestone creates unique challenges for farm driveways and pasture maintenance.
Horse trailers, feed trucks, and farm equipment are heavier than passenger vehicles. Driveways without a proper limerock base and adequate compaction rut quickly under that load. We build to handle the weight with a compacted base, correct limerock depth, and proper drainage crown.
Marion County scrub oak and palmetto regrow fast. Pastures not actively managed can lose significant grazing acreage within a few seasons. We clear to soil level, remove root masses where needed, and leave the area ready for grass or fence installation.
Low areas on Marion County properties — particularly near wet season — collect water that doesn't drain. We assess the grade, install drainage swales or culverts where needed, and correct the surface so water moves off the property rather than pooling.
